Factors to Consider When Choosing a Pallet Leveller

Load Capacity:  The most crucial factor is the maximum weight the leveller can handle.  Carefully assess the weight of your heaviest pallets to ensure the chosen leveller has sufficient capacity. A buffer of 10-20% is recommended for unforeseen weight fluctuations.

Platform Size: The platform size should comfortably accommodate all your standard pallet sizes. Common pallet sizes include GMA, EUR, and CHEP pallets. Opt for a leveller with a platform size exceeding your typical pallets by a few inches for added versatility.

Lowered and Raised Platform Heights:  Consider the clearance requirements of your facility. The lowered platform height should allow pallets to enter and exit the leveller seamlessly. The raised platform height should be compatible with your conveyor lines or dock door heights.
