Stephen Ross Companies List

In recent years, Stephen Ross has become one of the most prolific real estate developers in the United States. His company, The Related Companies, has developed some of the most iconic buildings in New York City, including Hudson Yards and One World Trade Center. In addition to his work in New York, Ross has also been active in developing property in other major cities across the country, such as Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Ross’s success in real estate development can be attributed to his keen understanding of market trends and his willingness to take on projects that others might deem too risky. For example, when Ross began developing Hudson Yards in 2008, many people doubted that there was a demand for luxury office space and residential units in Manhattan’s West Side. But Ross believed that the area was ripe for redevelopment and he proceeded with the project even though it required a massive investment of time and money.

Today, Hudson Yards is one of the most successful real estate developments in New York City history. The project includes more than 18 million square feet of office space, retail space, and residential units. It has also sparked a wave of redevelopment along Manhattan’s West Side waterfront.

Looking ahead, Ross seems poised to continue his success as a real estate developer. He recently announced plans to develop a new neighborhood called Oceanwide Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. The $1 billion project will include three high-rise towers containing residences, hotel rooms, offices, and retail space.

Given Ross’s track record, it’s safe to say that Oceanwide Plaza will be yet another triumph for him and his company.
